At NexoraStream we want every customer to be 100% satisfied with our service. This page explains exactly when and how you can request a refund.
1. 24-hour free trial
Before any paid plan, we strongly recommend our free 24-hour trial. This lets you test the channels, picture quality and stability on your own devices and network with no risk.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you purchased a paid subscription without first using a trial and the service does not work as advertised on your devices, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of activation.
3. Conditions
- Refunds apply to the first order only. Renewals are non-refundable.
- The issue must be reproducible and reported to support before requesting a refund.
- Refunds are not granted if the issue is caused by your internet connection (verified via a speed test below 25 Mbps), an incompatible device, or violation of our Terms.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
4. How to request a refund
Send an email or use our contact form with your order email, the issue you experienced and any screenshots. Our team responds within 24 hours.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most issues are resolved within hours. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination without refund.
