By accessing or using NexoraStream ("we", "us", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service description

NexoraStream provides access to a curated selection of live television channels and on-demand content via internet streaming on supported devices.

2. Subscription & payment

• Subscriptions are prepaid and non-transferable.
• Prices are displayed in EUR and may change for new orders at any time.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly opted in.

3. Acceptable use

• One subscription = the number of simultaneous devices stated in your plan.
• Sharing credentials publicly, reselling without our written consent, or using the service to redistribute content is strictly prohibited.
• Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Intellectual property

All trademarks, channel names and content remain the property of their respective owners. NexoraStream does not host the broadcast content; we provide a streaming optimisation and aggregation service.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or service interruptions caused by third parties (ISP outages, device manufacturers, content providers).

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, by competent EU courts.
